The Key of Mysteries Saison Brewed with Experimental Hop 1134, The Key of Mysteries is a simple Saison we brought back from last year. Brewed with pilsner, spelt, and malted wheat, it is hopped early with Strisselspalt and late with Experimental Hop 1134 from our friends at John I. Haas, along with a pinch of orange zest. Hop 1134 was grown as a modern lager hop, featuring traditional noble notes with a bit of citrus. Fermented with a classic French Saison strain in stainless steel, it was cold-conditioned until ready.
