The Good Companions Honey Pub Ale
A fun twist on a classic English-style Pub Ale – – what’s that, anyway? We brewed this low-ABV jam with a blend of Maris Otter, Pale Chocolate, Munich, and Spelt malts to build a canvas reminiscent of baked oatmeal cookies, and we treated the batch with a moderate dose of Yakima Valley honey from our pal Leo from Haas.
