Blended from a collection of oak aged saisons with a focus on fermentation maturity and texture. Vessels of Wrath combines threads of beers made with a dense application of malted Spelt, classic European aroma hops, and a house mixed culture. In the glass, expect deep stone fruit character alongisde dried mango skin and limequat acidity. Rounded on the palate with a delicate oak finish.
