TangierFresh Hop LagerBrewed with a simple base of pilsner, this lager was loaded up with T90 Tangier from Segal Ranch. After a period of ice-cold lagering, John and Martin from Segal hooked us up with a bunch of freshly picked, wet Tangier that we rushed back to the brewery. Within hours of being picked, we infused it on the cold side. We’re stoked to continue using this hop going forward, and the fresh hop character of this lager really punches through.
