A classic rendition of a Belgian wit, The White Lodge is brewed with a large portion of wheat along with pilsner malt and oats. We use coriander and orange peel in the kettle, lending a blend of citrus and floral characters, and ferment with a traditional Belgian strain.

For this kolsch style ale we used a really decadent malt from the cologne region of germany and just a touch of wheat malt, it was hopped throughout the boil with german spalter select and french strisselspalt hops, fermented with a strain originating from cologne germany. This is our favorite batch of this beer yet, we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Hazy IPA
We’ve been brewing Five of Swords with our friends at E9 for nearly 10 years now. Originally, this was intended to be the only IPA we made once a year, but oh, how the times have changed. This year’s hazy iteration is brewed with a blend of oats, wheat, spelt, and is aggressively hopped with Citra, Citra Cryo, and Krush.

Brown Ale
This Brown Ale was brewed with a blend of British Maris Otter, Brown, and Chocolate malts, along with a selection of specialty crystal and roasted malts. It features rich coffee and chocolate notes throughout, making it very drinkable and a perfect dark beer choice for the transition into spring.
