The Mariner was brewed using Belgian pilsner malt and a generous portion of Spelt. We hopped this beer exclusively with Wai-Iti in the kettle and fermented with a Kolsch strain. After fermentation it was dry hopped with more of the same lot of Wai-Iti. Go Local Sports Team!!
