Fresh Hop IPA
Ok, here it is! Our yearly back-and-forth collaboration with our pals at Cloudburst Brewing is ready to go! Brewed at our house this year, we went less hazy and more West Coast with this version. We loaded the hot side with hundreds of pounds of fresh, wet-picked Mosaic from Carpenter Ranches. After fermentation, we hit the fermenter with a big charge of Fresh Frozen Mosaic Cryo for the dry hop. Hot side and cold side—you can have both! This is our last Fresh Hop beer of the season, and we’re blown away by your support this year for absolutely crushing these beers we (and every other brewery) worked so hard on.
