Originally brewed with our friends at Taproom Beer Company in San Diego this summer, we loved it so much (and you clearly did too) that we brought it back for fall. Crafted with Buzz Pale Malt and a hearty dose of our favorite Elwha River Spelt from Linc/Cold Stream Malt, this IPA features kettle and dry hop additions of Simcoe and a generous helping of 2025 Galaxy from our pals at John I. Haas. The result is punchy, bright, slightly dank, and deeply aromatic — perfect for fall bonfires with friends or for mentally checking out during your next corn maze or pumpkin patch outing.
