The Mariner Fresh hop Kölsch-style ale We took our hoppy little Kölsch brewed for opening day and moved it to post-season! Brewed with a base of pilsner malt and a touch of spelt, we grand-slammed it on the hot side with fresh, wet Citra from our friends at Loza Farms. After fermentation with a classic Kölsch yeast, we dry-hopped it with Fresh Frozen Citra Cryo.
