The Mariner was brewed using Pilsner Malt and a generous portion of spelt. We hopped this beer exclusively with Motueka in the kettle and fermented with a traditional Kölsch strain. After fermentation it was dry-hopped with more of the same lot of Motueka. Go Local Sports Team!!
