Damn the sky was brewed with a simple grain bill of Pilsner and Carapils. It was hopped in the kettle with what our resident Kiwi brewer Benji describes as the holy trinity of NZ pils hops – Riwaka, Motueka, and Nelson Sauvin – before being dry-hopped with more Motueka and Nelson, and a dose of Nelson Sub-Zero Hop Kief from FreeStyle Hops. Light ,clean, and hop forward – you’ll be hard pressed to have only one.
