We’ve always had a soft spot for the classics. especially beers that continue to evolve long after they leave the brewery.
Our latest release is a can-conditioned Brett Pale inspired by the likes of one of our favorite funky Trappist-made beers. . Fermented clean with a neutral Belgain yeast, then naturally refermented with Brettanomyces in the can, this beer will continue to develop over time. Fresh, it shows bright hop character, soft malt, and a touch of funk. With age, the Brett slowly transforms it — drying it out, layering in earthy, rustic complexity.
