The Eye Of God was brewed with heavy additions of wheat in the mash, along with our usual base of Pils and Two-Row. Hopped in the kettle with Mosaic and Strata; it was then heavily dry-hopped with Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic. Aromatic, juicy, and easy to drink. This checks all of the boxes for a killer IPA.
