Realm’s Remedy – West Coast Style IPAWe’ve really been digging into these Westy’s lately and absolutely love brewing them. A simple malt bill of Pilsner malt to let the hops shine through, we annihilated this with Simcoe, Columbus Cryo, Simcoe Dyna, Krush, Mosaic Cryo, and Krush Frozen Cryo. Dry Hopped with Mosaic T-90, Citra T-90 and loaded with Mosaic, Krush, and Citra Frozen Cryo. Remember September? This will bring you back a bit with these COLD SIDE fresh hop additions.
