Eternal Recurrence was brewed with 100% Pilsner Malt and hopped with French Strisselspalt. An extended boil of 3 hours added some color and depth, before it was transferred into stainless, where it was fermented with a special strain of yeast originating from a brewery on the border of France and Belgium. This beer is super drinkable, with familiar Belgian fruity esters alluding to apricot & navel orange, with a touch of delicate jasmine.
