The White Lodge

A classic rendition of a Belgian wit, The White Lodge is brewed with a large portion of wheat along with pilsner malt and oats. We use coriander and orange peel in the kettle, lending a blend of citrus and floral characters, and ferment with a traditional Belgian strain.

Kiln and Cone Pale Ale

4-pack of 16oz cans. 5.9% ABV

This batch of kiln and cone was brewed with a blend of two-row and Pilsner barley, and chit malt, along with a generous portion of oat malt and flaked barley. It was hopped in the kettle with Citra and Comet hops and dry hopped with the same then fermented with one of our favorite English yeast strains.

 

Cathedral Kolsch

4-pack of 16oz cans. 5.2% ABV

For this kolsch style ale we used a really decadent malt from the cologne region of germany and just a touch of wheat malt, it was hopped throughout the boil with german spalter select and french strisselspalt hops, fermented with a strain originating from cologne germany. This is our favorite batch of this beer yet, we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

 

 

 

Involution IPA

Involution is a soft, juicy, and hazy IPA brewed with pilsner malt, a large portion of wheat, oats, and a bit of spelt. It’s loaded with Citra, Mosaic, Nelson, and a bit of Motueka both in the kettle and as a dry hop.

The Water & the Well Cans

4-pack of 16oz cans. 7.5% ABV

This batch of The Water & The Well was brewed in a West Coast style, using pilsner malt, a touch of spelt, and a little color from light crystal malt. Heavily hopped with Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic both in the kettle and as a dry hop, it has a huge hop aroma with a slightly resinous profile and a perfectly balanced bitterness.

The Mariner Spelt Kolsch

4-pack of 16oz cans. 4.9% ABV

The Mariner was brewed using Pilsner Malt and a generous portion of spelt. We hopped this beer exclusively with Motueka in the kettle and fermented with a traditional Kölsch strain. After fermentation it was dry-hopped with more of the same lot of Motueka. Go Local Sports Team!!

Black Beer

4-pack of 16oz cans. 4.5% ABV

This clean and simple dark ale was brewed with flaked barley, Maris Otter, and East Kent Goldings.
