The White Lodge

A classic rendition of a Belgian wit, The White Lodge is brewed with a large portion of wheat along with pilsner malt and oats. We use coriander and orange peel in the kettle, lending a blend of citrus and floral characters, and ferment with a traditional Belgian strain.

Marked for Death was brewed using Pilsner malt along with a touch of flaked Spelt. Hopped with Tettnang and Mittelfruh and then lagered forever in our horizontal tanks for a crisp and light beer just in time for the nice weather.

Pilgrimage
Bavarian-style Hefeweizen
Pilgrimage is our take on a Bavarian-style Hefeweizen. Using an equal blend of German pilsner and malted wheat, this beer features a light addition of German Tettnanger hops in the kettle. The star of the show here is the special Hefeweizen yeast sourced from a very old brewery located in the hills outside of Herrsching, Germany. This beer is rich with spicy clove notes, yet bright and spritzy, finishing with a slight, clean acidity that makes you want to take another sip immediately.

 

 

 

Holy Light

4-pack of 16oz cans. 4.5% ABV

Holy Light was brewed in the tradition of some of the great American lagers. It was brewed with a slightly undermodified Moravian Pilsner Malt, as well as rice to help lighten the body and lend a crisp and refreshing finish. It was lightly hopped with Willamette throughout and fermented with one of our favorite lager strains. Holy Light then went through a long, cold conditioning before packaging.

 

 

 

Cursed Relics

Cursed Relics is our take on a West Coast Pilsner. Simply made with pilsner malt, it was lightly hopped with Saphir and then dry hopped with Citra and Mosaic. Clean, Crisp, aromatic and flavorful. Hop head or crispy aficionado, this has your name on it.

Servant of the Secret Fire

Servant Of The Secret Fire was brewed using Pilsner and Two-Row barley along with Flaked Oats and Malted White Wheat, Hopped from the Lowest Dungeon to the Highest Peak with Citra, Nelson, and El Dorado.

 

 

 

Carriage of the Spirits

4-pack of 16oz cans. 5.3% ABV

Carriage of the Spirits was brewed with a base of 100% Extra Pale Pilsner malt, with a small percentage of Chit malt thrown in for a little extra  body. Hopped in the kettle with Spalt Select and Saaz, and then dry hopped before spunding with more Saaz and Spalter Select. Ultimate drinkability that is balanced with the perfect noble hop flavor and aroma.
