We're stoked to introduce Wizard Fight West Coast IPA! As the name suggests, this beer is all about having fun. We've never made an individual IPA more than once per year, and we wanted something to use as a playground of sorts for all of the incredible hops and hop products that we are fortunate enough to have access to while keeping a nice, simple malt backbone. Nothing crazy, just a good, solid, super drinkable West Coast IPA to highlight some great hops and see what fun flavors we can draw out with these hop additions.

This first batch features Chinook, Mosaic, and Idaho 7 for a classic PNW hop character with some modern, dank, berry notes. Clean, balanced, and nicely saturated without being over the top. Who knows what future iterations will bring - a cold Wizard Fight? A Kiwi Wizard Fight? A Fresh Hop Wizard Fight? Somehow a Big Trouble in Little China Wizard Fight?!

Holy Oath of Antioch West Coast IPA

Brewed in collaboration with Solemn Oath Brewery (Chicago, IL). "You must take out the holy tab, count to three—no more, no less—and drink deeply of the sacred IPA.” Our friends from Solemn Oath Brewing came to town to hang out and brew a beer. We knew it had to be a West Coast IPA, and we had a few boxes of Ramosa from our friends at Segal Ranches ready to go. We’ve been loving this hop and experimenting with it over the past few months. A simple malt bill let us saturate the kettle and dry hop with Ramosa and a touch of Simcoe, delivering huge pineapple notes, dank citrus, and righteous tropical excess.

Mexican-Style Lager
We brewed La Luz Especial with a simple base of pilsner malt and corn, then hopped it with Motueka for its refreshing tropical lime character. It is fermented with a strain of yeast originating in Mexico and lagered for weeks in one of our horizontal tanks. Eternal Recurrence was brewed with 100% Pilsner Malt and hopped with French Strisselspalt. An extended boil of 3 hours added some color and depth, before it was transferred into stainless, where it was fermented with a special strain of yeast originating from a brewery on the border of France and Belgium. This beer is super drinkable, with familiar Belgian fruity esters alluding to apricot & navel orange, with a touch of delicate jasmine.

A classic rendition of a Belgian wit, The White Lodge is brewed with a large portion of wheat along with pilsner malt and oats. We use coriander and orange peel in the kettle, lending a blend of citrus and floral characters, and ferment with a traditional Belgian strain.
