Brewed in collaboration with Root + Branch Brewing (Copaigue, NY). Our most adventurous fresh hop batch for the season, we packaged nearly 30 pounds per barrel of Mosaic & Krush fresh hops from Perrault into a neat and tidy West Coast IPA base. Accented by a bunch of Columbus Cryo, we sought major wet hop saturation by further piling Cryo Fresh Mosaic and Krush into the dry hop. While dense with fresh hop character, Hex Me showcases massive blueberry and passionfruit aromas before slipping into a full embrace of cannabis and pine depths.

Brewed in collaboration with ISM Brewing Co. (Long Beach, CA). We drew inspiration from our collective reverence for dry, well-saturated, and fleetingly bitter West Coast IPAs of the new world and delivered what we believe to be a premier Fresh Hop experience. First and foremost, we packed the brewhouse with 25 pounds per barrel of Wet Citra hops, before layering in a clever blend of Nectaron and Nelson Cryo, and finishing with buckets of Citra Cryo Fresh, Citra Cryo, and Simcoe Cryo Fresh. The result is intensely fruit-driven and built for pure Wet Hop enjoyment. Expect pink pineapple, passionfruit, and grapefruit vibes, before it goes POOF, and is gone for the year.

This year's Cone and Cone is loaded and saturated with freshly picked Citra on the hotside, and then stuffed with Fresh Frozen Citra Cryo and Strata in the tank. Absolutely bursting with grapefruit, passionfruit, and strawberry for yet another Holy Mountain Fresh Hop Experience that will overwhelm your senses in the best possible way.

We're stoked to introduce Wizard Fight West Coast IPA! As the name suggests, this beer is all about having fun. We've never made an individual IPA more than once per year, and we wanted something to use as a playground of sorts for all of the incredible hops and hop products that we are fortunate enough to have access to while keeping a nice, simple malt backbone. Nothing crazy, just a good, solid, super drinkable West Coast IPA to highlight some great hops and see what fun flavors we can draw out with these hop additions.

This first batch features Chinook, Mosaic, and Idaho 7 for a classic PNW hop character with some modern, dank, berry notes. Clean, balanced, and nicely saturated without being over the top. Who knows what future iterations will bring - a cold Wizard Fight? A Kiwi Wizard Fight? A Fresh Hop Wizard Fight? Somehow a Big Trouble in Little China Wizard Fight?!

Munich-Style Festbier
Our Munich-style lager is brewed with German Vienna and pilsner malts and hopped with Tettnang. It was fermented cool with our favorite Bavarian yeast and lagered ice-cold for over a month.

The Good Companions Honey Pub Ale

A fun twist on a classic English-style Pub Ale - - what's that, anyway? We brewed this low-ABV jam with a blend of Maris Otter, Pale Chocolate, Munich, and Spelt malts to build a canvas reminiscent of baked oatmeal cookies, and we treated the batch with a moderate dose of Yakima Valley honey from our pal Leo from Haas.

Oruza is a Rice Lager brewed with Pilsner malt and rice syrup and lightly hopped with Saaz. Fermented cool and lagered cold, Oruza is perpetually crisp and endlessly dry.

Pilgrimage
Bavarian-style Hefeweizen
Pilgrimage is our take on a Bavarian-style Hefeweizen. Using an equal blend of German pilsner and malted wheat, this beer features a light addition of German Tettnanger hops in the kettle. The star of the show here is the special Hefeweizen yeast sourced from a very old brewery located in the hills outside of Herrsching, Germany. This beer is rich with spicy clove notes, yet bright and spritzy, finishing with a slight, clean acidity that makes you want to take another sip immediately.

A mixed culture saison hopped with galaxy and mosaic. Demonteller was fermented and aged in one of our foudres, creating a delicate oak character that balances out a subtle acidity.

A classic rendition of a Belgian wit, The White Lodge is brewed with a large portion of wheat along with pilsner malt and oats. We use coriander and orange peel in the kettle, lending a blend of citrus and floral characters, and ferment with a traditional Belgian strain.
