Realm's Remedy - West Coast Style IPA
We've really been digging into these Westy's lately and absolutely love brewing them. A simple malt bill of Pilsner malt to let the hops shine through, we annihilated this with Simcoe, Columbus Cryo, Simcoe Dyna, Krush, Mosaic Cryo, and Krush Frozen Cryo. Dry Hopped with Mosaic T-90, Citra T-90 and loaded with Mosaic, Krush, and Citra Frozen Cryo. Remember September? This will bring you back a bit with these COLD SIDE fresh hop additions.

The Origin - West Coast IPA brewed in collaboration with Thrash Zone (Yokohama, Japan)
Our friend Ken from Substation introduced us last year to Koichi, owner of Thrash Zone, when he was visiting during our 10th year anniversary. He quickly became one of our friends and we decided to make a beer together. A combination of pilsner malt, a touch of wheat, and a bit of carapils makes up the grist, and then we loaded it up with Simcoe, Mosaic, and a heavy hand of Idaho 7. We then dry hopped with a ridiculous amount of even more Idaho 7 and Mosaic. Huge Kanpai to Koichi and crew!

The Hidden Fortress
West Coast IPA 
Collaboration with West Coast Brewing (Shizouka, Japan) Hollingbery and Son Hops, and Segal Ranch.
We are incredibly stoked to use a brand new hop called Ramosa in this IPA (formerly Experimental D5, grown by the good folks at Segal Ranch in Grandview, WA). We kept the malt bill simple on this one, with the majority of the hop bill using Ramosa, with a bit of Nelson thrown late in the kettle and the dry hop. When we originally rubbed this in the field, we got big grapefruit and intense pineapple...nothing like we've ever smelled before. This transferred over very nicely into this beer and we're very excited to use this hop more in the very near future.

Country Death Song - Hoppy Pilsner
Country Death Song was brewed with Pils malt and Chit malt. It was hopped with Magnum, Strisselspalt and Galaxy, and then dry-hopped at the end of fermentation with more Galaxy. This one had a nice, long, cold conditioning time, and we left it unfiltered to enjoy in its natural state.

Brewed in collaboration with last year's auction winners, Will Krause & Jason Planke, we used this West Coast Pilsner with Peacherine and Citra. Proceeds from this beer and merch will go directly to the @searuncoastalcutts to help with the incredible research they continue to do on these amazing fish.

A classic rendition of a Belgian wit, The White Lodge is brewed with a large portion of wheat along with pilsner malt and oats. We use coriander and orange peel in the kettle, lending a blend of citrus and floral characters, and ferment with a traditional Belgian strain.

The Dadliest of Dad Beers, Bitter Peace was brewed with Maris Otter, amber malt, and specialty dark crystal malt then hopped exclusively with East Kent Golding and fermented with a classic British yeast strain.

EVERYTHING TRANSITORY - MUNICH-STYLE DUNKEL

This beer is deep, complex, rich and malty. Munich malt is the star of the show here, and gives us the bready, slightly toasty profile of this awesome malt. These beers are lighter/lower Alcohol than an Oktoberfest style beer.
