Large Marge – Upper West Coast IPA 
Collaboration with Living Haus Beer, Portland, OR
We first brewed an Upper West Coast Pils with Living Häus named Margie Lee after Colin’s grandmother, a vibrant 4'11" force of nature. Due to its popularity, we later transformed it into a full-fledged IPA: Large Marge. Built on a Pilsner malt base, it's packed with Citra hops for bold citrus and tropical fruit flavors. The can design reflects her love of roses and her ability to grow and adapt to anything, learned from rising from the Dust Bowl of Oklahoma in the 1930s.

Pale Ale
Visual Field is a juicy and aromatic Pale Ale brewed with a large percentage of malted spelt and generously hopped, and dry-hopped with Mosaic and Comet.

Second Death
Helles Style Lager
Second death is one of our favorite beers to release each year. This Helles-Style Lager is brewed with 100% German pilsner malt, lightly hopped with German hallertau Mittelfrüh , and fermented with our favorite German lager yeast.

Scarlet Thread is our tribute to the světlý výčepní beers of Czechia, an extremely easy drinking pale lager. It was brewed using an extra pale Bohemian Pilsner malt and hopped in the kettle exclusively with Saaz, before being fermented cold with a delicate lager yeast for 6 weeks.

The Mariner 
Dry-Hopped Kolsch-Style Ale
The Mariner was brewed using Pilsner malt and a generous portion of spelt. we hopped this beer exclusively with Montueka in the kettle and fermented with a traditional Kolsch strain. After fermentation it was dry-hopped with more of the same lot of Montueka.

German-style Altbier brewed with a mix of German Pilsner and Munich malt, some Caramunich and a touch of Carafa, fermented cool with our favorite strain of Kölsch yeast and conditioned ice cold.

When we started the brewery, we were big fans of Anchor Steam and would seek out California Common style lager wherever we could. Fermenting lager yeast at ale temperatures was not so common back in the day, and we decided to put a Holy Mountain twist on it: ferment in second use Bourbon Barrels.
Everything is in balance here. A nice and slightly toasty/caramel maltiness, balanced bitterness, accompanied by some subtle chocolate and vanilla from the Kentucky bourbon barrels that used to contain Imperial Stout. It's a core beer from day one, and something we look forward to making every year.

A classic rendition of a Belgian wit, The White Lodge is brewed with a large portion of wheat along with pilsner malt and oats. We use coriander and orange peel in the kettle, lending a blend of citrus and floral characters, and ferment with a traditional Belgian strain.
