We're stoked to introduce Wizard Fight West Coast IPA! As the name suggests, this beer is all about having fun. We've never made an individual IPA more than once per year, and we wanted something to use as a playground of sorts for all of the incredible hops and hop products that we are fortunate enough to have access to while keeping a nice, simple malt backbone. Nothing crazy, just a good, solid, super drinkable West Coast IPA to highlight some great hops and see what fun flavors we can draw out with these hop additions.

This first batch features Chinook, Mosaic, and Idaho 7 for a classic PNW hop character with some modern, dank, berry notes. Clean, balanced, and nicely saturated without being over the top. Who knows what future iterations will bring - a cold Wizard Fight? A Kiwi Wizard Fight? A Fresh Hop Wizard Fight? Somehow a Big Trouble in Little China Wizard Fight?!

The first variation off of our house IPA 'Wizard Fight' where we explore alternative hop combinations and brewing techniqies to showcase an exciting range of flavor. This batch focuses on New Zealand hop character, balancing wonderful soft tropical fruits reminiscent of pink guava and mango alongside a Reisling-like snappiness. Hopped with Nelson Sauvin Cryo, NZ-109, Mosaic & Krush for a complex presentation of contemporary flavor.

The Good Companions Honey Pub Ale

A fun twist on a classic English-style Pub Ale - - what's that, anyway? We brewed this low-ABV jam with a blend of Maris Otter, Pale Chocolate, Munich, and Spelt malts to build a canvas reminiscent of baked oatmeal cookies, and we treated the batch with a moderate dose of Yakima Valley honey from our pal Leo from Haas.

Oruza is a Rice Lager brewed with Pilsner malt and rice syrup and lightly hopped with Saaz. Fermented cool and lagered cold, Oruza is perpetually crisp and endlessly dry.

Mexican-Style Lager
We brewed La Luz Especial with a simple base of pilsner malt and corn, then hopped it with Motueka for its refreshing tropical lime character. It is fermented with a strain of yeast originating in Mexico and lagered for weeks in one of our horizontal tanks. Pilgrimage
Bavarian-style Hefeweizen
Pilgrimage is our take on a Bavarian-style Hefeweizen. Using an equal blend of German pilsner and malted wheat, this beer features a light addition of German Tettnanger hops in the kettle. The star of the show here is the special Hefeweizen yeast sourced from a very old brewery located in the hills outside of Herrsching, Germany. This beer is rich with spicy clove notes, yet bright and spritzy, finishing with a slight, clean acidity that makes you want to take another sip immediately.

A mixed culture saison hopped with galaxy and mosaic. Demonteller was fermented and aged in one of our foudres, creating a delicate oak character that balances out a subtle acidity.

A classic rendition of a Belgian wit, The White Lodge is brewed with a large portion of wheat along with pilsner malt and oats. We use coriander and orange peel in the kettle, lending a blend of citrus and floral characters, and ferment with a traditional Belgian strain.
