The Mariner 
Fresh hop Kölsch-style ale 
We took our hoppy little Kölsch brewed for opening day and moved it to post-season! Brewed with a base of pilsner malt and a touch of spelt, we grand-slammed it on the hot side with fresh, wet Citra from our friends at Loza Farms. After fermentation with a classic Kölsch yeast, we dry-hopped it with Fresh Frozen Citra Cryo.

Garden of the Crimson Queen
West Coast Red Ale
Brewed with a base of Maris Otter and a variety of crystal and dark specialty malts to achieve a rich red color and balanced maltiness. We hopped this with a blend of some of our favorite lots of Chinook, Citra, and Centennial in the kettle. The result is a harmony of maltiness and classic throwback flavors and aromas—pine, citrus, and dark fruit throughout, all in perfect balance. This beer is perfect for the sudden transition from summer into fall and pairs beautifully with roasts, soups, and stews.

The Key of Mysteries 
Saison 
Brewed with Experimental Hop 1134, The Key of Mysteries is a simple Saison we brought back from last year. Brewed with pilsner, spelt, and malted wheat, it is hopped early with Strisselspalt and late with Experimental Hop 1134 from our friends at John I. Haas, along with a pinch of orange zest. Hop 1134 was grown as a modern lager hop, featuring traditional noble notes with a bit of citrus. Fermented with a classic French Saison strain in stainless steel, it was cold-conditioned until ready.

Festbier
Munich-Style Festbier
Our Munich-style lager is brewed with German Vienna and pilsner malts and hopped with Tettnang. It was fermented cool with our favorite Bavarian yeast and lagered ice-cold for over a month.

For those of you looking for a little break from all of the amazing fresh hop beers out there, we are super excited to bring you this year's El Vienna Especial. This was brewed with Vienna, Munich and Oaxacan Green Corn, all provided from our friends @sugarcreekmaltco  located in Indiana. Thanks for the awesome malt guys! Come get some before the entire staff at the brewery drinks it all.

A classic rendition of a Belgian wit, The White Lodge is brewed with a large portion of wheat along with pilsner malt and oats. We use coriander and orange peel in the kettle, lending a blend of citrus and floral characters, and ferment with a traditional Belgian strain.

This is our third flavor of hard seltzer and absolutely our best to date. While the aroma is like smashing your face into a bowl of watermelon, it's more delicate in flavor and we've also noticed a bit of honeydew coming through. Spectral Bliss is light and crisp and a nice reprieve from the fresh hop palate overload we're afflicted with this time of year.
