Heavenless IPA

Heavenless was one of our original batches of Hazy IPA. It has evolved over the years as far as the grain bill, but one thing has remained constant: a heaping load of Vic Secret, and the Vic Secret we currently have in our arsenal is absolutely incredible. Accompanying the juicy pineapple and passionfruity  Vic Secret, are loads of amazing Garston Farms Motueka and our hand picked lots of Citra and Citra Cryo.

New Zealand India Pale Ale

A deafeningly inhale of mind-warping performance - our newest NZ-focused WC IPA is built upon a modern love affair w/ truly spectacular hops. Driven by hand-selected Nectaron Cryo from Yakima Chief & NZ Hops, Mosaic Cryo, and Garston Farms Nelson Sauvin we achieve a rich intensity of young peeled papaya, Loire Valley Sauvy B, and aged ruby grapefruit charred over summer rosemary. Oily saturation is balanced by a lean dryness and structure bitterness.

The Singing Bones

The Singing Bones is a West Coast IPA brewed with an all-pilsner grain bill, hopped in the kettle with Columbus, Citra, and Chinook, and dry-hopped with more of the same, along with Citra Cryo and a dose of Mosaic Hopkick from Haas.

A coming together of friendships long forged in collaboration and mutual inspiration - Anthony, and Ryan, of Root + Branch Brewing stand amongst the giants of our industry. Naturally we opt for unique experience, yet contextually pleasing, and are happy to present an iteration of West Coast Pilsner, gilded in troves of Riwaka, Strata, and Tangier hops & fermented cold with refreshing snap in mind. Notes of electric yellow gummy bears, smushed chardonnay grapes, raspberry seed, and meyer lemon rind but TV static.

La Vipera

La Vipera Italian-Style Pilsner

La Vipera is an Italian-style Pilsner brewed in collaboration with Uncle Acid and the Deadbeats. This beer is inspired by their latest album, Nell' ora blu, which has been on endless rotation here at the brewery and is a favorite album of 2024 of a lot of our staff. La Vipera is brewed with a simple base of pilsner malt and is heavily hopped with Tangier, a new hop we're really excited about, grown by the awesome folks out at @segalranches. Tangier was used generously in the kettle and again as a dry-hop during fermentation. Lemon and orange pith in the aroma and flavor, this beer is easy drinking and refreshing.

The Mariner

The Mariner Dry-Hopped Kolsch-Style Ale
The Mariner was brewed using Pilsner malt and a generous portion of spelt. we hopped this beer exclusively with Montueka in the kettle and fermented with a traditional Kolsch strain. After fermentation it was dry-hopped with more of the same lot of Montueka.

Garmonbozia

GARMONBOZIA

Corn Lager Brewed w/ malted corn, German Vienna Malt, Pilsner Malt and hopped modestly with HBC 1134 from Yakima Chief. Fermented cold and slowly, we preserved the natural carbonation for a lively display of glowing yellow, delicious springtime enjoyments. Notes of young hay, lime peel, and honeysuckle. Clean palate with a soft finish. It’s beauuuutiulllll

The White Lodge

A classic rendition of a Belgian wit, The White Lodge is brewed with a large portion of wheat along with pilsner malt and oats. We use coriander and orange peel in the kettle, lending a blend of citrus and floral characters, and ferment with a traditional Belgian strain.

We’ve always had a soft spot for the classics. especially  beers that continue to evolve long after they leave the brewery.

Our latest release is a can-conditioned Brett Pale inspired by the likes of one of our favorite funky Trappist-made beers. . Fermented clean with a neutral Belgain yeast, then naturally refermented with Brettanomyces in the can, this beer will continue to develop over time. Fresh, it shows bright hop character, soft malt, and a touch of funk. With age, the Brett slowly transforms it — drying it out, layering in earthy, rustic complexity.

Drink it now, or cellar a few and see how Brett and time shapes it.

Throne of Blood

German-style Altbier brewed with a mix of German Pilsner and Munich malt, some Caramunich and a touch of Carafa, fermented cool with our favorite strain of Kölsch yeast and conditioned ice cold.

Watchman's House

When we started the brewery, we were big fans of Anchor Steam and would seek out California Common style lager wherever we could. Fermenting lager yeast at ale temperatures was not so common back in the day, and we decided to put a Holy Mountain twist on it: ferment in second use Bourbon Barrels.
Everything is in balance here. A nice and slightly toasty/caramel maltiness, balanced bitterness, accompanied by some subtle chocolate and vanilla from the Kentucky bourbon barrels that used to contain Imperial Stout. It's a core beer from day one, and something we look forward to making every year.

Black Beer

4-pack of 16oz cans. 4.5% ABV

This clean and simple dark ale was brewed with flaked barley, Maris Otter, and East Kent Goldings.
