A classic rendition of a Belgian wit, The White Lodge is brewed with a large portion of wheat along with pilsner malt and oats. We use coriander and orange peel in the kettle, lending a blend of citrus and floral characters, and ferment with a traditional Belgian strain.

Petite Saison
In the realm of Belgian beers, or those inspired by them, conditioning and carbonation are crucial. Traditionally bottled in thick glass to achieve high effervescence, we aimed to replicate this in a convenient, single-serving can. Brewed with a blend of pilsner malt and wheat, lightly hopped with noble hops, and fermented bone dry in stainless steel using a classic Belgian yeast, Athame is 100% naturally carbonated, featuring one of our favorite Brett strains added just before canning. We're thrilled with how this turned out. This is an absolute summer crusher when you’re reaching for a beer that is different from something hoppy or your standard lager.

Oruza is a rice lager brewed with Pilsner malt and rice syrup, lightly hopped with Saaz. Fermented cool and lagered cold, Oruza is perpetually crisp and endlessly dry.

Mexican-Style Lager
We brewed La Luz Especial with a simple base of pilsner malt and corn, then hopped it with Motueka for its refreshing tropical lime character. It is fermented with a strain of yeast originating in Mexico and lagered for weeks in one of our horizontal tanks. Three Fates
Czech-Style Pilsner
Three Fates is an unfiltered Pils brewed in the Czech style, crafted with the finest Pilsner malt and noble hops. This lager is crisp and hoppy, featuring a wonderfully smooth malt backbone, making it a go-to choice for many. It's always been a staff favorite, especially when poured through our Lukr Czech faucets, which enhance its flavors and make the experience truly extra delightful.

This is our third flavor of hard seltzer and absolutely our best to date. While the aroma is like smashing your face into a bowl of watermelon, it's more delicate in flavor and we've also noticed a bit of honeydew coming through. Spectral Bliss is light and crisp and a nice reprieve from the fresh hop palate overload we're afflicted with this time of year.
