XI - Eleventh Anniversary German Style Pils Wait, we haven't made a German-style Pilsner in our over a decade of existence? Well here you go. This is a simple and delicious one, made with Wyermann Pilsner malt, and hopped throughout the boil with Tettnang and Hallertauer Mittelfruh. The hops and awesome malt just shine through. Crystal clear and perfectly carbonated from an ice cold nap in our lagering tanks. We're gonna be absolutely crushing this one.

Realm's Remedy - West Coast Style IPAWe've really been digging into these Westy's lately and absolutely love brewing them. A simple malt bill of Pilsner malt to let the hops shine through, we annihilated this with Simcoe, Columbus Cryo, Simcoe Dyna, Krush, Mosaic Cryo, and Krush Frozen Cryo. Dry Hopped with Mosaic T-90, Citra T-90 and loaded with Mosaic, Krush, and Citra Frozen Cryo. Remember September? This will bring you back a bit with these COLD SIDE fresh hop additions.

Country Death Song

Country Death Song - Hoppy Pilsner
Country Death Song was brewed with Pils malt and Chit malt. It was hopped with Magnum, Strisselspalt and Galaxy, and then dry-hopped at the end of fermentation with more Galaxy. This one had a nice, long, cold conditioning time, and we left it unfiltered to enjoy in its natural state.

The White Lodge

A classic rendition of a Belgian wit, The White Lodge is brewed with a large portion of wheat along with pilsner malt and oats. We use coriander and orange peel in the kettle, lending a blend of citrus and floral characters, and ferment with a traditional Belgian strain.

This beer is deep, complex, rich and malty. Munich malt is the star of the show here, and gives us the bready, slightly toasty profile of this awesome malt. These beers are lighter/lower Alcohol than an Oktoberfest style beer.

OATMEAL MILK STOUT WITH COFFEEShadowlifter oatmeal milk stout with coffee is the perfect blend of a little gas and a little brake. Brewed with a combination of American and British malts, a large portion of oats, and milk sugar added to the kettle. Post fermentation, Shadowlifter is infused with a special blend from Stamp Act Coffee and rested on some Madagascar vanilla beans.
