We're stoked to introduce Wizard Fight West Coast IPA! As the name suggests, this beer is all about having fun. We've never made an individual IPA more than once per year, and we wanted something to use as a playground of sorts for all of the incredible hops and hop products that we are fortunate enough to have access to while keeping a nice, simple malt backbone. Nothing crazy, just a good, solid, super drinkable West Coast IPA to highlight some great hops and see what fun flavors we can draw out with these hop additions.

This first batch features Chinook, Mosaic, and Idaho 7 for a classic PNW hop character with some modern, dank, berry notes. Clean, balanced, and nicely saturated without being over the top. Who knows what future iterations will bring - a cold Wizard Fight? A Kiwi Wizard Fight? A Fresh Hop Wizard Fight? Somehow a Big Trouble in Little China Wizard Fight?!

Ransom Note to Heaven – Hazy IPA
Brewed with blend of fluffy wheat and fruity malted spelt & hopped aggressively with a blend of Nectaron, Krush in the kettle and dry-hopped with Nectaron, Mosaic T90, & Ramosa. This iteration of our tropical Hazy IPA is bursting bruised canteloupe, yellow guava, and peach nectar. Smooth, and densely hoppy.

Summer Saison
Harmony of the Sun is a spelt-based saison hopped with Saphir and fermented in an oak foudre. The foudre fermentation enhances the beer’s texture and depth while allowing it’s farmhouse character to shine, evoking sun-drenched meadows, wildflowers and the rustic folk traditions of a never-ending Midsummer. Notes of soft citrus, fresh herbs and floral hops complement the earthy character of the spelt. It finishes crisp, refreshing and complex.

 

 

 

Holy Light

Holy Light

4-pack of 16oz cans. 4.5% ABV

Holy Light was brewed in the tradition of some of the great American lagers. It was brewed with a slightly undermodified Moravian Pilsner Malt, as well as rice to help lighten the body and lend a crisp and refreshing finish. It was lightly hopped with Willamette throughout and fermented with one of our favorite lager strains. Holy Light then went through a long, cold conditioning before packaging.

The White Lodge

A classic rendition of a Belgian wit, The White Lodge is brewed with a large portion of wheat along with pilsner malt and oats. We use coriander and orange peel in the kettle, lending a blend of citrus and floral characters, and ferment with a traditional Belgian strain.
