Originally brewed with our friends at Taproom Beer Company in San Diego this summer, we loved it so much (and you clearly did too) that we brought it back for fall. Crafted with Buzz Pale Malt and a hearty dose of our favorite Elwha River Spelt from Linc/Cold Stream Malt, this IPA features kettle and dry hop additions of Simcoe and a generous helping of 2025 Galaxy from our pals at John I. Haas. The result is punchy, bright, slightly dank, and deeply aromatic — perfect for fall bonfires with friends or for mentally checking out during your next corn maze or pumpkin patch outing.

HELLES-STYLE LAGER
“Behold the Children of the New Dawn!”
 - Jeremiah Sand
Golden and deceptively gentle, this Helles-style lager is brewed with 100% German Pilsner malt and lightly hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh. Clean and crisp, with a shadowed edge beneath its bright surface.

Garden of the Crimson Queen
West Coast Red Ale
Brewed with a base of Maris Otter and a variety of crystal and dark specialty malts to achieve a rich red color and balanced maltiness. We hopped this with a blend of some of our favorite lots of Chinook, Citra, and Centennial in the kettle. The result is a harmony of maltiness and classic throwback flavors and aromas—pine, citrus, and dark fruit throughout, all in perfect balance. This beer is perfect for the sudden transition from summer into fall and pairs beautifully with roasts, soups, and stews.

The Key of Mysteries 
Saison 
Brewed with Experimental Hop 1134, The Key of Mysteries is a simple Saison we brought back from last year. Brewed with pilsner, spelt, and malted wheat, it is hopped early with Strisselspalt and late with Experimental Hop 1134 from our friends at John I. Haas, along with a pinch of orange zest. Hop 1134 was grown as a modern lager hop, featuring traditional noble notes with a bit of citrus. Fermented with a classic French Saison strain in stainless steel, it was cold-conditioned until ready.

For those of you looking for a little break from all of the amazing fresh hop beers out there, we are super excited to bring you this year's El Vienna Especial. This was brewed with Vienna, Munich and Oaxacan Green Corn, all provided from our friends @sugarcreekmaltco  located in Indiana. Thanks for the awesome malt guys! This clean and simple dark ale was brewed with flaked barley, Maris Otter, and East Kent Goldings.

A classic rendition of a Belgian wit, The White Lodge is brewed with a large portion of wheat along with pilsner malt and oats. We use coriander and orange peel in the kettle, lending a blend of citrus and floral characters, and ferment with a traditional Belgian strain.
