Well fof Souls is a blend incorporating various oak fermented mixed culture Saisons. Although no fruit was added, the end result is a very bright and characterful Saison with pronounced notes of tropical fruits and stone fruits. Packaged in November 2021 and conditioned with Brettanomyces until ready.
