Violent Astronomy was brewed with a combo of Pils and Two Row, Oats, Spelt and Chit Malt, and heavily hopped with Citra, Strata, and Vic Secret in the kettle and dry-hop. While the universe might seem unbalanced lately, this beer is not. This will be one of our last big, hoppy beers as we roll into Fresh Hop Season!
