Urn Of The Immortal IPA

4-pack of 16oz cans – 7.0% ABV

Urn Of The Immortal was brewed using a blend of Pilsner and 2-Row, along with generous amounts of Spelt from our friends at LINC Malting. Hopped in the kettle with Mosaic and Talus, we used a technique called “Hop Dipping” where we added a ton of Mosaic Incognito to the fermentor along with some hot wort, we then knocked the rest of the beer out onto this mixture. Then dry hopped with Mosaic Cryo, SImcoe and Cascade. Fermented with one of our favorite English yeast strains.
