The Scarlet Thread is our tribute to the světlý výčepní beers of Czechia, an extremely easy drinking pale lager beer. We brewed it using an extra pale bohemian pilsner malt and hopped in the kettle exclusively with Saaz hops, fermented cold with a delicate lager yeast and conditioned for 6 weeks. The perfect beer for your not-so-dry “dry January”.
