The Penintant Man was brewed with a grist of Pilsner and Two Row Malt, with an addition of oats. Heaps of late addition Strata and Mosaic were added to the kettle and the dry-hop to create a tropical blast of dank and funky fruity aromas and flavors. More West Coast than not, this beer checks all the boxes for anyone who enjoys IPA.
