The Hart was brewed with pilsner, vienna, and wheat malt, and hopped with loral and french Strisselspalt. It was fermented with a house mixed culture in neutral wine barrels, where in continued to age for a number of months. Refermented in the bottle with Brettanomyces. Bottled August 2021.
