We’ve got a cool one for you! We teamed up with our friends at Hop Products Australia to showcase a new hop they (and we) are excited about: HPA 033. We’re excited to trial this hop with it’s mango, tropical fruit and citrus characteristics.We used our recipe for a simple West Coast Pils, and added a bit of Mittelfruh and Saphir early in the boil, and hit the whirlpool with a bit of Citra and Krush Lupocore and O33. When fermentation kicked off, we hit it hard with more 033, and then finished it up with a bit more Krush and 033 for the dry hop.
