An easy drinking saison brewed with pilsner, rye, and malted oats. Hopped with Hersbrucker, Willamette, Sterling, and Anchovy. Fermented in an oak foudre, it was then dry hopped in stainless with Nectaron and Citra and conditioned cold for three weeks.
