Outward Sign of Inward Grace is a blend of puncheons and wine barrels that held spelt and oat-based beers fermented with our house mixed cultures. Once blended, it was racked into a second set of oak barrels, where it briefly rested on Grenache Pomace, and went through a second fermentation with Brett.
