Murder of Memories Hoppy Lager
Inspired by contemporary New Zealand-style Pilsner, Murder of Memories is brewed with a light base of Pilsner Malt and Flaked Maize. Hopped intentionally with a pocket full of Saphir, and finished with a lovely punch of NZ-106 – a new to us New Zealand experimental hop born from a Riwaka lineage. The aroma is lively with electric lemon, poppyseed and freshly snapped nugs. A refreshing stone fruit flavor enters the palate before finishing clean and crisp with notes of cracker and black pepper.
