We first brewed an Upper West Coast Pils with Living Häus named Margie Lee after Colin’s grandmother, a vibrant 4’11” force of nature. Due to its popularity, we later transformed it into a full-fledged IPA: Large Marge. Built on a Pilsner malt base, it’s packed with Citra hops for bold citrus and tropical fruit flavors. The can design reflects her love of roses and her ability to grow and adapt to anything, learned from rising from the Dust Bowl of Oklahoma in the 1930s.
