A deafeningly inhale of mind-warping performance – our newest NZ-focused WC IPA is built upon a modern love affair w/ truly spectacular hops. Driven by hand-selected Nectaron Cryo from Yakima Chief & NZ Hops, Mosaic Cryo, and Garston Farms Nelson Sauvin we achieve a rich intensity of young peeled papaya, Loire Valley Sauvy B, and aged ruby grapefruit charred over summer rosemary. Oily saturation is balanced by a lean dryness and structure bitterness.
