Invocation of Chaos was brewed using 2-Row and Pilsner malts along with a combination of Spelt, Oats, and Wheat. Hopped in the kettle with Kohatu and Citra and then fermented with one of our favorite hazy yeast blends. During fermentation we dry hopped this beer with more Kohatu and Citra, and some fun experimental hops from New Zealand, NZ-102 and NZ-105.
