Brewed in collaboration with ISM Brewing Co. (Long Beach, CA). We drew inspiration from our collective reverence for dry, well-saturated, and fleetingly bitter West Coast IPAs of the new world and delivered what we believe to be a premier Fresh Hop experience. First and foremost, we packed the brewhouse with 25 pounds per barrel of Wet Citra hops, before layering in a clever blend of Nectaron and Nelson Cryo, and finishing with buckets of Citra Cryo Fresh, Citra Cryo, and Simcoe Cryo Fresh. The result is intensely fruit-driven and built for pure Wet Hop enjoyment. Expect pink pineapple, passionfruit, and grapefruit vibes, before it goes POOF, and is gone for the year.
