Heavenless IPA
Heavenless is an IPA we originally made a few years back, and was one of our first truly hazy IPAs. Using large portions of wheat and spelt in the mash, it was hopped in the kettle with Citra, Motueka, and Vic Secret. More of all that was used for the dry hop, with a heaping amount of Vic Secret being front and center, delivering a resinous pineapple and passionfruit profile.
