In contrast to the super fruity, low ABV table beers we’ve had on draught this summer, this one is a bit of a throwback—featuring a little more acidity, refermented in the bottle (and keg) with Brett, and aged in gin barrels on guava.
Refermented in the bottle with Brettanomyces. Bottled April 2023.
