Garden of Light was brewed with Pilsner and a generous portion of Oat Malt from our friends at LINC Malting, and was hopped in the kettle with Kohatu then dry-hopped with Wai-Iti and Citra Cryo. Garden of Light was fermented with a farmhouse yeast originating from Lithuania, creating a light and citrusy beer perfect for the summer vibes ahead.
