Ex Supra is a blend of oak aged, wheat-based mixed fermentation beers pulled from two wine barrels. The blend was transferred into another set of oak barrels containing whole Bing Cherries from Diamondback Acres in Chelan, WA.
Refermented in the bottle with Brettanomyces.
