Brewed in collaboration with Cellarmaker Brewing (San Francisco, CA) A rippingly dense West Coast Double IPA brewed with a literal mountain of wet hop Simcoe from Loza Farms. We packed even more Simcoe into the batch via Simcoe Cryo-Fresh, Simcoe Dynaboost, Simcoe Cryo, and Citra T-90. We get intense notes of papaya, pine resin, and purple — dry and bitter as Hell, just like Double IPA should be.
