Our second collaboration with the fine folks from Grasslands Barbecue in Hood River, we brewed this Lager with Pilsner malt and a generous portion of Spelt Malt and hopped it in the kettle with Tettnang hops. We added some dried dandelion flowers and a small amount of special black peppercorn to the whirlpool to give the beer a light floral springtime vibe. Fermented with one of our favorite lager strains and conditioned cold for 6 weeks. A perfect beer to pair with Grasslands BBQ.
