Every year, our friends at Red Hawk Avalon host a celebration in the woods of Pe Ell, WA, honoring the Cascadian Midsummer. For the second year in a row, we’ve come together to create a special beer featuring all Cascadian-grown ingredients – Steffi Pils, Buzz Pale, Elwha River Spelt and Ajay Oat Malt from LINC Malting and Coldstream Malt. The beer was also hopped throughout with Cascade and Amarillo. Hail Cascadia!
