Baptized In Blood was brewed using a blend of 2-Row and Pilsner alongs, along with some Flaked Barley, Flaked Rye and Malted Oats. It was hopped in the kettle with Strata and Comet, after fermentation with one of our favorite yeast strains we dry hopped it with more Strata and Comet and a kiss of Citra Cryo to make all the juicy citrus flavors blend together perfectly.
