Autumnal Rustic is a foudre fermented saison brewed with a blend of Steffi Pilsner, Purple Egyptian Barley, Gazelle Rye Malt, and Flaked Wheat. It was hopped with a blend of Saaz and Citra Noble hops and foudre fermented with one of our house saison strains.
