We’ve been brewing Five of Swords with our friends at E9 for nearly 10 years now. Originally, this was intended to be the only IPA we made once a year, but oh, how the times have changed. This year’s iteration is a West Coast IPA brewed with a blend of pilsner, 2-Row, and wheat, and is aggressively hopped with Nectaron, Peacharine, and Cold-Pressed Nelson Sauvin Hop Kief.
