This is our 8th year brewing Five of Swords with our friends @E9 Brewing. This started out as (old man shaking his fist) “the ONLY IPA” brewed at Holy Mountain. That mantra is long since history, but what hasn’t changed is the fun we have making this beer with our Tac-y Town buddies.This year’s version features two different lots of 2022 Mosaic, as well as Idaho 7 and Strata. Pilsner malt, flaked Barley as a simple base stay out of the way to let the hops shine through. Mango, passionfruit, and strawberries throughout the aroma result in an absolute crusher of an IPA that hits all the notes.Thanks to our pals at E9 for years of friendship and inspiration.
